Role: Ingrid Elstad

Kelly keeps getting into trouble with the police. Her mother agrees to her going into a juvenile detention center overnight. She learns that it’s difficult to secure her release once she’s caught up in the juvenile justice system. During her incarceration she is assaulted by inmates and abused by the system.
